I
have just graduated college with a business degree.
I was recruited by a large Insurance Company. I sit in an
isolated cubicle doing boring analytical work. I am very
unhappy and want to make a change. But I don’t know what I
really want to do.
I have taken a
Marketing position in a small high tech company after
being laid off from a large software company. I
have come to the realization that the small company does
not meet my values nor is my work regarded as important to
the company’s mission. I am questioning whether or not I
even want
to remain in Marketing.
I am a free lance
writer. I love writing and would like to find a
full time position where my writing skills can mature.
I do not know if that is feasible in this economy.
I am a programmer.
I have been programming the same language and
database for a number of years and have become quite
proficient in it. The demand for this type of programming,
however, is limited so I need to explore other programming
challenges. Additionally, I want to relocate to be closer
to my immediate family.
I am a Sales
Executive. I was caught in a political
restructuring and thus laid off when my company was bought
by another. I have been looking for a sales position for
months and have had one rejection after another. What am I
doing wrong?
