I have just graduated college with a business degree. I was recruited by a large Insurance Company. I sit in an isolated cubicle doing boring analytical work. I am very unhappy and want to make a change. But I don’t know what I really want to do.

I have taken a Marketing position in a small high tech company after being laid off from a large software company. I have come to the realization that the small company does not meet my values nor is my work regarded as important to the company’s mission.
