screen and finally to offer completion, UYP keeps you
informed of our progress. Before we present a candidate, we
thoroughly screen them to make sure they fit the exact
criteria set forth by you, the hiring firm. That means that
you might not hear from us immediately as we research and
screen out attorneys that are not a good fit. We will not
present you with mediocre candidates or a pile of resumes
that only partially meet your firm’s needs. When you hear
from us, it is because we have found that needle in a
haystack- a high quality candidate.
For candidates:
You get the benefit of years of individual coaching experience. By
employing a well documented, successful coaching process,
we get to the core of what makes you

and expectations in an effort to ensure that your next step

The objective of the Foundation
Session is to begin discussing your agenda, what you need,

Phone Call: Begins our formal coaching relationship. We get right into where you are
now and where you want to be by reviewing the paperwork and
assignment exchange.
Subsequent Phone Calls:
Occur once a week or
whatever makes sense. Each session begins with a progress
check, clear understanding of the agenda for the session and
goals for the week. |
